Fourways Logo
Fourways has presented theatre productions in the High Wycombe Area for 60 years, and we look forward to providing a wide range of entertaining and thought-provoking productions in the future.

Our members come from from all age groups and all walks of life, and we all share an enthusiasm for for the performing arts.

Drama groups are a great way of meeting people, so if you'd like to join us please contact us or come along to one of our meetings and see how we work. You don't need to have previous experience or expertise - just bring your interest and enthusiasm!
The Weekend
Babes in the Wood We started way back in 1958 with a production of 'Women Aren't Angels' at Mill End School, and the following year began a long run of annual pantomimes which funded the group's other activities. As you will see from the list of our past productions, the enthusiasm and funding were available to mount some ambitious large cast productions which were always well received.
Many changes have taken place over the sixty years. The high pressures and long hours of modern working life limit people's time, but not their enthusiasm for quality drama. These days our style is more that of a jobbing theatre company, prepared to tackle all sorts of drama whenever and wherever the opportunity arises. Journey's End
In common with other local groups, we face the practical problem of finding appropriate venues in the town for both rehearsals and productions. We are extremely grateful to both Wycombe Abbey School who allow us to use their purpose-built theatre, and to Pipers Corner School who allow us to use their grounds for our open-air productions. For many years we have rehearsed at the Wesley Methodist Church hall in Priory Road, and our thanks are due to them for being so accommodating to Fourways.
We would also like to thank Wycombe District Council who support many of our productions and have helped us in many other practical ways.

To fit in with member's busy diaries, we run each production as a project, drawing on acting, technical and support talent from a pool of resource. So even if your spare time is limited, there will always be an opportunity to be involved - all are welcome!
